Responsibilities of a Supervisor:

• Take charge of shifts in the absence of managers, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards.
• Work closely with managers to ensure the team consistently delivers incredible experiences and upholds our brand values.
• Be a true ambassador to our guests, engaging with them warmly, recommending menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of our food and wine offerings and share that knowledge with the team and guests.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding service, setting the standard for the team to follow.
• Collaborate to ensure seamless coordination between front of house and back of house operations.
