• £37,500 per year

The Job Role

• An Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the full restaurant service for hotel residents and external guests
• Managing the day to day running of thisbeautiful restaurant, including administrative responsibilities
• Assistant Restaurant Manager required to inspire, lead and develop an enthusiastic team

The Requirements

• A current Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor within a high- quality, restaurant or hotel setting
• Have the ability to lead from the front and be "the face" of the dining room
• A real passion for food and hospitality is a must
• The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have excellent attention to detail
• Wine knowledge is desired, but not essential
