About Us:

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical defects or failures throughout a fleet of greenkeeping machinery.
• Creating and implementing a preventative maintenance program.
• Keeping detailed records of work carried out.
• Maintaining an integral parts store, keeping it tidy and safe.

Requirements:

• Able to manage multiple workshop tasks simunltaneously whilst delivering high standards of work and meeting deadlines set by the Course Manager.
• Previous experience in a workshop environment
• Qualification in motor mechanics
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Flexible around busy periods in the season

Desirable but not essential:

• Understanding of hydraulic systems
• Experience sharpening and setting up cutting units
• Experience as a golf course mechanic
