• Assist with menu development, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create innovative dishes.
• Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure effective cost control and GP targets.
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and food safety standards throughout the kitchen.
• Step up to lead the kitchen during the Head Chefs absence, ensuring smooth service at all times.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end hotel or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence and creative menu development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
