Salary Package: £50,000 - £55,000 (Negotiable)

Following a highly successful year, we are now seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on major accounts and driving new business opportunities.
The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding major accounts while also spearheading new business development initiatives. Your role will be crucial in driving sales within the HoReCa sector by introducing new products, expanding product listings, and supporting large-scale projects for end-user clients. You will be actively involved in building long-term client relationships and working with key partners in the hospitality industry to increase revenue and secure new business opportunities. Our customer base includes coffee shops, educational institutions, hotels, leading restaurants, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and growing major accounts within the HoReCa sector, ensuring long-term partnerships and increased sales volume.
- Leading new business development efforts to identify and capture new sales opportunities within the coffee and hospitality sectors.
- Developing and executing sales strategies aimed at expanding product listings, launching new products, and driving overall revenue growth.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key HoReCa clients, providing consultative selling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supporting end-user projects, overseeing product implementation, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a passion for coffee and a strong track record in sales and business development within the HoReCa sector.
- Experience in coffee equipment sales or related products is highly advantageous.
- Proven background in managing major accounts and driving new business in the HoReCa industry is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and secure new clients.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work autonomously while managing multiple sales projects and delivering results.
