Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Location: Renton, WA

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our area clinics in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated, skilled Psychiatry team of seasoned clinicians and staff. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients. Our busy psychiatric clinic needs support along with inbox management, psych consults, and call coverage.

About the position:

  • Panel is comprised of adults only
  • Clinic Hours within the 8a-5p range; M-F; 5 days in office to begin
  • Hybrid visits with both in person and telehealth appointments.
  • Telehealth to be performed in office as well as from a home office per prevailing business needs.
  • Consult directly with patient referrals for ADD from our Primary Care Physicians; may also include consults from pregnant women
  • Follow-ups based on patient need then transfer care back to primary care
  • Inbox management coverage when providers are away
  • Team comprised of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and intake specialists
  • Strong support staff and experienced clinicians will work closely with you in dealing with the logistics of outpatient practice as well as with clinical consultation
  • ADD/ADHD experience strongly preferred

Qualifications:

  • PMH NP certification
  • Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority

COMPENSATION $145,000 - $150,000
Amounts listed do not include productivity, quality incentives, extra shift incentives as applicable to the position.
