Executive Chef required for a unique project of Michelin awarded dining room and restaurant , Chef Patron / Executive Chef's will have a high end background and pedigree in French fine dining and multi Michelin Star background, with experience in multi cuisines and hopefully a Hotel training and or high end experience at a senior level at 5 Star Property

Executive Chefs will be leading a brigade in highly polished and quality Michelin Led cuisine which will be served in a formal and prestigious setting ( Dining room) as well as private dining.

Chefs / Executive Chefs will be the finished article and have a steady and progressive career, with complete kitchen management knowledge and management at a senior level , with a deep understanding of multi Michelin awarded cuisines and cookery as well as menu design and delivery from high end food, with the ability to utilise seasonal ingredients, local producers and the very best from foraged and regional producers.

Chef's will be in charge of recruitment of the brigade all though the team of 20 )is very stable and has some good service behind them). Menu design, and to work closely with Owner's and Food and Beverage management team in private dining and all aspects of this unique Dining room and restaurant .

Development wise, you will then be overseeing the pursuit of further accolades and Michelin retention while raising the offering throughout the operation and outlets

Chef Patron's / Executive Chefs will then oversee a showcase dining room, private dining and tasting room while hopefully retaining and achieving Michelin Star's and delivering class modern Classic Gastronomic Cuisine, once again pulling on seasonal and small producers and regional ingredients and dishes to pair and match with a very impressive cellar.
