We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference & Banqueting Administrator to join our team atThe Leeds Bradford. The Leeds Bradford is the perfect destination for guests who are about to embark on their holidays from the local Airport. We boast 137 modern bedrooms as well as a modern and stylish restaurant and a café & bar. The hotel also 7 conference rooms catering for anything from business meetings to wedding functions & events.

Your duties will include:
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Responding to email and telephone inquiries from customers, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Inputting and organize information gathered from various sources into spreadsheets for analysis and reporting.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings, booking venues, and managing guest lists.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked, and managing office equipment.
- Providing administrative support for various projects and initiatives, as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a positive and proactive attitude, coupled with excellent communication skills that allow them to interact effectively with people at all levels. Attention to detail is also a crucial requirement for this role.
