Senior Recruitment Consultant – Manchester
Established in 2017, V7 Recruitment is a specialist recruitment company, specialising in, Aviation, Construction, Utilities, Data Centres, Fire & Security, Pharmaceutical and Facilities Management. We are looking for ambitious, driven and money-hungry recruiters to join our team at V7! We specialise in permanent and contract recruitment within the following sectors, Aviation, Construction, Utilities, Data Centres, Fire & Security, Pharmaceutical and Facilities Management and we are currently looking for extremely driven individuals who are keen to build their own business, progress their career and become specialists within their market. We work with some of the biggest names out there…so could you!
What you can expect:
* Ability to top up earnings with uncapped commission
* Highly competitive base salary
* Clear progression with our 7 Steps to Director Programme
* International holiday incentives every quarter of the year! Barcelona, skiing, Amsterdam just to name a few
* Private healthcare
* Away days (races, go karting etc.)
* Monthly “High Achievers Lunch Club” (Hit your target and finish at 12:30 and dine and drink at a top Manchester restaurant all expenses paid)
* 4pm early finish on a Friday
* Work from home Wednesdays
* NEW Northern Quarter office with outdoor terrace and BBQ
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays on top as standard. Earn additional 15 days for hitting target – that’s a huge 48 days paid holiday

As Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:
* Be a hands on 360 recruiter, your main objective will be to develop your market across your specialist market
* Grow your database by consistently adding new, quality candidates, clients and contacts
* Compose attractive, eye catching adverts for the opportunities you are recruiting for
* Build long lasting relationships with your candidates
* Develop, maintain, build and nurture excellent client relationships.
* Build your own brand awareness within your specialist market
* Negotiate contracts
* Promote our services to new and existing clients and contacts in order to develop new relationships.
What you need to be successful:
* Proven, successful experience of working within permanent or contract recruitment
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Sales and negotiation skills
* A goal-orientated approach to work
* Good examples of business acumen
* Ambition and the determination to succeed
* Tenacity, confidence, resilience and self-motivation
* Passion to hit targets
* Time management and organisational skills
* Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
