Job Description
We are seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems for an exciting new build hotel project scheduled over an 18-month timeline.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing M&E installations on large-scale construction projects. This role involves managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, coordinating schedules, and providing technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise M&E teams on-site, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality and safety standards
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports to management
• Manage project timelines, and resources to meet project deadlines
• Collaborate with project management on planning, and staffing requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols
• Address technical issues promptly, offering guidance and expertise to team members
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in mechanical and electrical systems, particularly on new build projects
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience in construction
• Strong reporting and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and phases effectively
• Relevant industry certifications are desiared but not essential
