Territory: West Coast (Ayr, Greenock, Irvine, Prestwick) and East Coast (Edinburgh, South Queensferry, Musselburgh)

Requirements for This Role:

• Must have a car (and know how to drive it!).
• Be ready to roam from coast to coast (West Coast: Ayr, Greenock, Irvine, Prestwick | East Coast: Edinburgh, South Queensferry, Musselburgh).
• Adaptable enough to thrive in any kitchen, whether you're there for a day, a week, or a month.
• Culinary chops that can handle it all—from classic pub fare to elevated eats.
• Flexible mindset, willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into whatever dish is on the docket.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Riding in like the culinary knight in shining apron, covering kitchens wherever and whenever you're needed.
• Crafting dishes that bring the "wow" factor, no matter the setting or menu.
• Leading the charge in the kitchen, keeping standards high and morale even higher.
• Mixing it up, whether you're whipping up gourmet pizza, searing the perfect steak, or surprising diners with something special.
