Chef De Partie Ideal Candidate Profile:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a fine dining or high-end gastropub setting
• Rosette experience desirable
• Demonstrated skill and passion for cooking with a desire to push culinary boundaries
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
• Eagerness to learn new techniques and contribute to menu development

Chef De Partie Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality dishes under the direction of the Sous Chef, adhering to the restaurant's standards
• Contribute to the creation of new dishes and menu planning
• Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly during service
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
• Engage in the training and development activities provided by the kitchen management
