We have an exciting new vacancy for a Conference & Banqueting Sales Manager to join our team atThe Leeds Bradford. The Leeds Bradford is the perfect destination for guests who are about to embark on their holidays from the local Airport. We boast 137 modern bedrooms as well as a modern and stylish restaurant and a café & bar. The hotel also 7 conference rooms catering for anything from business meetings to wedding functions & events.

Your duties will include:

• Showcase a clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies with a heavy focus on corporate meetings and events.
• Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales
• Represent Hotel in various events and exhibitions.
• Conduct sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to the hotel by clients.
• Provide quick and timely responses to enquiries and develop professional long-term business relationships.
• Support the hotels service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

The successful candidate will have proven success in a similar sales-based roles. Experience of developing and managing strong relationships with clients is essential, as well as demonstrating empathy towards customers and colleagues.
