Job Description
We are working with a leading independent Construction Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor, to grow their already successful commercial team.
Based in Glasgow city centre, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the highest-profile construction projects in Scotland whilst representing one of the most well-known and respected consultancies in Scotland.
You will ideally have a solid working knowledge of NEC contracts. With a Cost Consultancy background, you will have experience with cost planning, billing and preparing tenders. The role covers a variety of sectors, so experience working on projects in commercial, hospitality/leisure, healthcare and retail will be advantageous. Fostering effective, long-term relationships with key clients is a vital aspect of their success. As such, the ability to lead client meetings, providing a market-leading, expert service is critically important.
