About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Site Manager to join a prestigious developer for a high-profile, multi-year mixed-use scheme in London. This impressive development, comprised of new build residential homes and luxury amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and high-end restaurants, represents the pinnacle of contemporary urban living.
As the Senior Site Manager, your focus will be on the internal fit-out of the residential units and amenities, ensuring that every detail is delivered to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the internal fit-out phase for high-end residential homes and luxury amenity spaces.
* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, meeting the developer’s quality and design specifications.
* Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers, providing direction and ensuring timely and quality-driven delivery.
* Oversee site health and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
* Manage schedules, budgets, and documentation to keep the project on track and aligned with the overall program.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, delivering updates and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in site management, with a focus on high-end residential and/or mixed-use developments.
* Strong background in managing internal fit-outs, particularly in luxury developments.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe site environment.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
