Off to Work is partnering with one of London’s premier event and conference venues to find an Events Sales Manager. As a key player of the management team, you'll drive revenue growth, nurture client relationships, and deliver world-class events that surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
  • Event Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events, from conception to completion.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay on top of industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Experience in both proactive and reactive sales, ideally within venues setting, catering, and hospitality.
  • Contract Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with selling contracted services, particularly in foodservice and catering.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail.
  • Passion & Personality: A genuine love for the events industry, combined with an outgoing personality and a team-focused attitude.
