Project Quantity Surveyor
Role: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nottingham based project
Salary: £45,000- £55,000 DOE - will pay more for exceptional candidates

This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning Tier 1 contractor who have a unique and innovative culture and an enviable reputation delivering some of the UK's most prestigious projects.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining to work on a £30m student accommodation project in Nottingham with a number of other local projects also secured. This is an exciting period of growth, with the company currently going from strength to strength, and with continued growth plans there will be opportunities for progression that would be otherwise unachievable in this current market.
My client works across a diverse project portfolio, including, commercial, offices, high rise residential, hotels and large mixed-use developments, with projects ranging from £20m - £150m.
About the Project Quantity Surveyor role
This role would suit an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for that next step, or a Project Quantity Surveyor looking for a new challenge. You will gain exposure to a number of exciting projects across a variety of sectors including Commercial, High Rise, Student Accommodation, Luxury Residential, Hotels and large Mixed-Use Developments on projects between £10m - £150m.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of projects. Working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor to develop, learn and grow. Your focus is to manage build cost and maximises margin whilst achieving the required standards and quality.
Requirements for Project Quantity Surveyor role
Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor
Reside within commutable distance of Nottingham
Previous experience on Student Accommodation / Multiroom projects (Preferred but not essential)
Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
UK Driving License
