Estimator

I am currently working with one of my best clients who are looking to build there Estimating division out in the Central London office.

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing main contractor working on RC Frame, Fit Out, Demo, Hotels, Offices, Football stadium projects!!

You will be working closely with a team Estimators and learning off a very experienced Estimating Manager that has a Tier 1 and main contracting background.

Salary ranges -
Assistant - 55k + Package
Intermediate - 65k + Package
Senior 85k + Package


- 5+ years’ experience with a Demo / RC Frame / Fit Out.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with IT and new software technologies.
- Knowledge of various contract forms.
- Be able to lead client meetings.
- Be able to work in a fast paced office.
- Must have UK experience.

The client is looking to get someone in as soon as possible but is willing to wait 1 month for the right candidate.
