We are currently looking for an experienced Demi Chef De Partie to support the Head Chef with daily food preparations in a busy, high-end hotel on the River Thames in Egham. The Chef De Partie will be able to prioritise and multitask and have a passion for producing top quality food.

The Person
The Demi Chef De Partie will have the following:

• Experience in a 4-star environment or similar
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for delivering high-end service with a keen eye for detail
• Friendly and caring disposition
• Impeccable hygiene and health & safety standards
• A flexible approach to their responsibilities
