Job Description
Chef de Partie – Join the Team at London’s Best Restaurant
Our restaurant has been awarded Best Restaurant in London at the 2024 AA Guide Awards!
Celebrating the very best of British cuisine with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, Our restaurant stands out as one of the top dining destinations in London.
Our newly appointed Head Chef, Nathan Cornwell, brings a wealth of experience from Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, including Geranium (3 Michelin Stars), Kadeau & Oaxen Krog (2 Michelin Stars), Le Champignon Sauvage (2 Michelin Stars), and most recently, The Barn at Moor Hall.
We are now looking to add a talented Chef de Partie to our incredible team!
What we offer:
* £38,000 per year + generous service charge
* Guaranteed same two days off each week (closed Sundays & Mondays)
* Summer closure: Two weeks off every August
* January closure: First week of January off
* Daily staff meals are provided while on shift
* Break every day from 3-5 pm
* Work with world-class produce and a small, focused team led by a previously Michelin-starred Head Chef
* Uniform provided
Requirements: We’re looking for a strong, motivated Chef de Partie with proven experience in elite hospitality, ideally from a Michelin-level, 3 AA Rosette environment, or similar fine dining establishments.
The successful Chef de Partie will need to demonstrate:
* Innovation and creativity
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Meticulous attention to detail
* A professional personality
