About the role:
As an EYFS Teacher in this welcoming school, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journeys of our youngest students. Starting in January 2025, this full-time, long-term role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to make a real impact. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in EYFS or early primary settings.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to creating a positive, nurturing learning environment.
• Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and adaptability in delivering the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver the EYFS curriculum in a way that is engaging, inclusive, and tailored to each child’s developmental needs.
• Foster an environment of curiosity, playfulness, and creativity where children feel safe and supported.
• Assess, track, and monitor the progress of each child, using a range of assessment techniques.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to maximize learning opportunities for all students.
• Build positive relationships with parents, keeping them informed and engaged in their child’s progress and development.
