Job Role: Chef de Partie - Monday to Friday
Location: Central London
Sector: Contract Catering
Salary: £33,000 - £34,000

A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join this great team based at a site in Central London. This is working in a kitchen that caters for both staff dining and also some hospitality events, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm, there may be a very occasional evening event which will be paid as overtime


The Chef de Partie will work in a small kitchen team of around 4/5 and be catering for between 150-200 on a daily basis. This will be a mixture of staff dining and some hospitality as well.


Ideally the Chef de Partie will have contract catering experience but we are able to consider chefs from busy hotel/restaurant or event kitchens. You will be able to follow recipe spec sheets and prepare all food from fresh.


The Chef de Partie will need a solid career history and be able to work in busy environments. You will be joining one of the leading contract caterers in the UK so very good opportunity for progression and development are offered.


This role will require candidates to pass a DBS check so please ensure you are bale to do this as it is necessary for the role.
