Location: Scotland
Salary: Negotiable
We are looking for a Front Office Manager to support a team of receptionists, reservationists and nights. We would be looking at strong FOH supervisors, Assistant Managers, Duty Managers and FOH Managers for this position and responsibility will vary depending on experience but experience within a luxury 4*/5* hotel is essential.
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the guest journey from arrival through to departure and all in stay requirements and requests. Working closely with the Director of Rooms this position will be expected to lead on the implementation and execution of all front office customer delivery strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years within a supervisory/assistant FOH position in a 4/5-star hotel
- Fluent English (Written and Spoken)
- Be a People Person
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
- Be highly motivated and passionate
- Experience in handling VIP Customers
