Salary - £35,000

Hours per week - 40 (£16.83PH)

We are working with a client who seeks a passionate Senior Sous Chef to be part of their kitchen in a Hotel. You must be a competent Sous chef with Rosette background and love producing high quality food. As well as the restaurant, the hotel has other outlets with various styles of foods. In terms of the food style, you will be equally passionate about producing fine dining menus as well as heartier dishes such as a Sunday Roast and have an eye for detail.

As Senior Sous Chef it is important that you are someone who can learn and develop with the team around you, working closely with the Senior team in creating new menus and ideas.
