Commis Chef

We are looking for a Commis Chef for a truly idyllic restaurant in Oxfordshire.
upto £25,000 per annum plus

• Meals on duty
• Free Parking
• Possible accommodation

The restaurant includes two private dining rooms with the largest seating up to 45 guests. Using 100% fresh, local produce, you will be cooking from a varied and creative menu and given the opportunity to improve your cooking skills on all sections of the kitchen.

The successful Commis Chef will have previous experience in a similar environment, be passionate about food and its presentation. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a quality business, working with an established team. Skill level not as important as to willingness to learn and a hunger for knowledge.
Working 4 days a week shifts 9-3.30/5.30-10/10.30 aiming to get the working week to 43/48 hours.

This restaurant is very popular in the surrounding area. We are looking for a Commis Chef who is ready and willing to learn and work in all areas of the Kitchen. Must be a team player to fit into the brigade of 5.
