Senior Quantity Surveyor - North Birmingham
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: North Birmingham based project
Salary: £65,000- £75,000

About The Company
Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on an exciting and very unique project in North Birmingham value is circa £30m.
With offices based in Birmingham and typical projects across the West Midlands this is a fantastic opportunity to join a Leading Tier 1 Contractor who work on projects for both public and private sector clients on schemes up to £200m in value across a variety of sectors including but not limited to, commercial, mixed-use, hotels, luxury high rise, student accommodation and industrial
About the Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Due to securing an exciting pipeline of projects my client is now looking to strengthen their commercial division with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who has experience leading teams who is looking for the next step in their career or a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is seeking a new challenge.
Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Experience working for a Tier 1 or leading main contractor
Strong negotiating skills
Commercial astute and have a varied sector experience
Worked on projects circa £15m and above.
Experience overseeing more junior member of the team
Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred but not essential
UK Driving License.

Salary: £65,000- £75,000 DOE - will pay more for exceptional candidates
