F&B Marketing Manager

Job Description
As the F&B Marketing Manager at the Doyle Collection, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing strategy of our London bars and restaurants, including Dalloway Terrace, The Coral Room, The Bloomsbury Club and 108 Brasserie.
Reporting to the Senior F&B Marketing Manager, you will collaborate to deliver exceptional and results-driven marketing campaigns that align with our hotels' unique brand and guest experience.
Within this role you will:
- Develop and contribute to the marketing strategy and plans for the F&B side of business.
- Manage, design and coordinate mailers, write copy, analyse and produce reports across our seven restaurants and bars.
- Prepare marketing statistics and reports - assessing the results of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure and manage consistency of menus and messaging across sites.
- Draft promotional material and liaise with our designers and printers for production.
- Edit and produce all venue collateral, including signage and copy.
- Manage the marketing database and email distribution list including new subscriptions, opt-outs and bounce backs.
- Constant monitoring and liaising with external websites and third parties regarding listings.
- Manage brand relationships and work closely with the Senior F&B Marketing Manager to secure third party partnerships for our restaurants and bars.
- Work closely with hotel Sales and Marketing team on planning, PR, sales and event initiatives.
- Oversee and manage all photoshoots as and when required.
- Work alongside our PR agency to create compelling and commercially driven activations that keep our restaurants and bars top of mind for press and consumers.
Skills:
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns, with experience gained ideally within the hospitality sector or creative industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and hotel operations, to achieve common objectives and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Video editing skills a plus.
