Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. As the Team Experience Host you will manage our colleague spaces; the Green Room where colleagues can relax with teas, coffees, a hot meal provided daily, as well as The Bothy the changing areas. You will ensure a smooth operation with a focus on safety as well as general welfare, and assist with basic cleaning, general duties and stock control of our colleague food and amenities. You will alslo play a key involvement for social events. As a member of the People and Culture team, you will play an integral role in supporting our vision for Estelle Manor to be a great place to work and place a high importance on the happiness of all colleagues whilst at work.

Who we are looking for?

• An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
• Customer focused to provide an excellent service.
• Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to all colleagues and senior management.

Please be aware this role will require flexibility for weekend working.
