Position Overview:
Our client is a up and coming company in Residential Block Management, overseeing a diverse portfolio of developments throughout London. Their mission is to deliver unparalleled service, professionalism and expertise to all their clients.
We are seeking a Senior Block Manager to become part of their close-knit Property Management Team on a permanent basis. This role will involve managing a high-quality portfolio comprising of mostly residential blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional service to clients
- Conducting site inspections and supervising on-site activities
- Managing tender processes for service contracts
- Elevating service standards to compete effectively with industry peers
- Coordinating contractor engagements
- Ensuring compliance and overseeing Health & Safety regulations
- Adhering to project deadlines
- Completing Section 20 procedures
- Preparing, negotiating, and distributing service charge budgets
- Generating monthly reports for the Board
- Collaborating with and supervising site Concierges/Porters
- Attending and recording minutes for Annual General Meetings
- Participating in Directors' meetings
- Coordinating with teams at the head office and across regional locations
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in leasehold property management
- Proven experience in a customer-focused service environment
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in Property Management
- Willingness to pursue a TPI qualification if not already held
- Understanding of lease agreements, service charge budgeting and relevant legislation
- Strong customer service orientation with a client-focused approach
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in IT applications
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: up to £45,000, based on experience

Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:30pm
Location: Primarily remote with occasional visits to client sites required.
