Area Sales Manager - East Anglia


The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Area Sales Manager to join our clients sales team, selling an impressive portfolio of high end luxury caravans worth up to £200,000.


Your role representing this fantastic well known brand in the leisure home industry, will see you working from home day to day. You will have the freedom to work autonomously, visiting a client base of circa 300 holiday parks across the East Anglia area, building relationships with owners, site managers and directors of holiday parks.


Managing both existing accounts and developing new business relationships, you will be given a realistic sales target and an achievable set of key performance indicators.


This is a truly exciting and varied role which will involve not only day to day visits to your customer base in the field, but also attending regular industry related trade shows where you will build on your knowledge and presence in the industry.


Due to the nature of the role, and the size of the territory, you will be required to stay away from home for 1-2 nights during the week.

The Person:

  • Minimum 2 years + demonstrable track record in a B2B field sales role OR,
  • Strong background in estate agency, car sales or similar looking to get into field sales.
  • Open on product or route to market sold to before, but some involvement/prior experience in caravan sales or similar would be highly advantageous.
  • Driven, determined, self motivated with a proven track record working to and hitting targets/KPI's.


The Package:

  • £30k Base Salary (rising to £35k after probation)
  • Fantastic on target earning potential - up to £45k

  • Pension, 20 days holiday + bank holidays


Location: East Anglia - the ideal candidate will be located in and around Ipswich/Norwich area.
