Role: Head of L&D

Location: London & International Travel

Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus

I am currently looking for a Head of L&D for an established hotel and hospitality brand based in the London. This role has European reach and international travel is required on an ad-hoc basis. Reporting in the Human Resources Directors for each country and managing a team of 4.

Working as part of the People Team, the Head of L&D will develop and implement a business aligned L&D strategy by providing a blended approach of E-Learning and face to face delivery.

The L&D programmes will provide employees with relevant and engaging best in class learning opportunities to maximise potential, drive their journey to peak performance, and support the delivery of a succession pipeline.
