      The Job Role

        • Sous Chef to assist the head chef for bespoke weddings and corporate events.
        • Sous Chef to manage a team of 8 in the head chefs absence
        • Sous Chef will be responsible for producing high quality fresh food across the business including: Fine Dining Dinners, Afternoon Tea's, Christmas Parties and Tasting Menus.


        The Requirements

          • A strong individual to have a high quality work background ideally within events catering, restaurants or hotels
          • Have excellent cookery skills and able to work with fresh seasonal ingredients
          • Have a good eye for detail and presentation
          • Be able to run events on your own or manage a team
          • Be genuinely passionate about food and ingredient
          • Be flexible and willing with a positive can do attitude
