Job Description

Our client is an internationally recognised sports rights holder at the heart of connecting fans and sports around the globe. Based in London, the team works across continents, delivering innovative sports content and experiences to audiences worldwide. They are now seeking a Partnership Account Executive to join a dynamic global partnerships team in establishing and nurturing new strategic partnerships. As a Partnership Account Executive, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of sales and partnerships operations. You will oversee a range of support activities, preparing pitch materials, and will be instrumental in streamlining processes that enable the team to focus on strategic growth. Responsibilities will include:


  • Act as the primary support for the Partnership Management Team to enable effective partnership delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide operational support across global territories, ensuring they have the resources and information they need to succeed.
  • Support the Partnership Management Team with effective tracking of partnership rights utilization and reporting on partnership activation
  • Track and analyse metrics and trends, assisting with forecasting and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and address complex client queries, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • On-event, help to facilitate VIP Hospitality programs and experiences for Partners
  • Research and identify new opportunities to expand corporate partnerships by staying informed on partners' goals, objectives, and the competitive landscape.


The successful candidate will likely have 4+ years in a sales or partnership support, sales operations, or similar role, ideally within the sports, media, or entertainment sectors coupled with a strong proficiency with CRM tools and exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams. You will also have a naturally analytical mindset and strong attention with experience in reporting and data analysis.
