L&D Facilitators, two roles

Your new company We are recruiting two Learning & Development Facilitators to join a UK-based private health and social care organisation. These jobs will be home-based in the East Midlands, ideally one in Leicestershire and one in Derbyshire; based from home with travel around your geographical area and some overnight stays (planned in advance with all hotel expenditure paid for by the business up-front). Hays are supporting across multiple locations in the UK due to a restructure and creation of new roles within this organisation.

Your new role As L&D Facilitator, you will deliver engaging and interactive training, support home-based coaching initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for experienced L&D professionals with proven experience in Learning & Development delivery, ideally within the Health and Social care sector. You will also be a car owner with a full driving licence.
