Sous Chef Role - The Jolly Sailor -£14.20 per hour plus average £2.30 per hour tips. Flexible/Condensed working hours can be considered.

Delicious, fresh carveries, premium pub classics and tempting desserts, our pubs cater for all tastes and its our Sous Chefs who ensure that every dish that leaves the pass is cooked to spec, looks fantastic and tastes great. Our Sous Chefs are a critical part of the brigade, supporting and deputising for the Head Chef and mentoring, leading and motivating the junior team members. This role also offers the opportunity to get creative with fresh, seasonal specials.

What we need from you

• A passion for cooking and delivering perfectly cooked, delicious dishes.
• Able to cook to spec and an awareness of GPs and budgets
• Great communication, ability to work as part of a team and an appetite to grow and develop
• Be an inspirational leader, taking time to mentor and develop team members
• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do
