Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily food preparation and maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
• Work under the guidance of the Head Chef and guide kitchen staff to prepare quality dishes.
• Maintain excellent organisation within the kitchen and adhere to food safety standards.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, assisting with stock rotation and storage.
