Role: Bar Manager
Location: Lymington
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a stunning wedding venue on the outskirts of Winchester and are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join their team.

Our client is looking for a Bar Manager who can lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled bartenders and servers.
As a Bar Manager, you will oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, whilst maintaining high-quality standards.
Additionally, you will manage bar inventory, including ordering, stock control, and budget management. Your goal is to ensure that each guest enjoys a memorable and delightful experience, whilst training the next generation.
