Role: (Level 3 Childcare qualified) Nursery Nurse
Salary: £25,500 – £29,000
Job Duties:
* Creating a safe and stimulating environment: Ensuring children are safe, happy, and stimulated. This includes keeping indoor and outdoor work areas clean and safe.
* Supporting children's development: Helping children develop their learning abilities, including numeracy, language, and physical coordination. This can be done through activities like arts and crafts, music, cooking, reading, and singing.
* Tending to children's needs: Feeding and changing babies, and providing comfort to poorly children.
* Supporting carers: Supporting carers in parenting and liaising with parents and carers.
* Maintaining records: Keeping accurate and effective records of children.
* Reinforcing policies and procedures: Ensuring that company policies and procedures are reinforced, and that all safeguarding procedures are followed.
* Promoting health and safety: Ensuring that health and safety is understood and promoted, and that daily risk assessments are completed.
