This charity operates from a historic and iconic venue set in the Surrey countryside. Along with having members of the public visit all year round they also host events from weddings, to corporate hospitality and beyond.
They are now on the lookout for a Hospitality & Events Manager to lead the catering and hospitality teams, ensuring every visitor experience is seamless, enjoyable, and of the highest standard!
The role
You’ll oversee everything from the café to large-scale events, ensuring that food quality, presentation, and hygiene are always exceptional. You'll be responsible for leading weekly meetings, setting and overseeing the teams KPIS/objectives, timesheets, ROTAS & everything else it takes to achieve operational excellence! Ensuring revenue growth also falls into your remit so having a keen eye for improvements would be a benefit.

Salary: £31,500-£33,500 DOE
Locations: Surrey
Hours: 40hrs
