This job is for you We are currently looking for a Class 1 truck driver for our Montreal team Our benefits: Unionized, permanent position, 40 hours/week Salary of $27.99/hour Bonuses based on work schedule 95% local transport Comprehensive group insurance program Telemedicine Pension plan with employer contributions Gym and physical activity reimbursement On-the-job training Schedule: Day shift: departure between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM 4 days of 10 hours Responsibilities: Collect and handle raw materials recovered and processed by the company (slaughterhouse and butcher shop waste, restaurant grease and oil barrels, dead farm animals) Load residual material barrels (300 lbs) using a tailgate Operate various equipment, including "vacuum" trucks, to collect and/or dispose of contents Perform other tasks as needed (e.g., cleaning and/or handling and/or painting various equipment) Requirements: Valid Class 1 driver's license Any experience with "vacuum" trucks and/or "dumpers" is an asset Ability to work independently Excellent physical condition You can also apply at: talentsanimax.com Give meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion Follow us on LinkedIn Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
