Job Opportunity: Hostess Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg Salary: R8,000 – R15,000 Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area. Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: High school diploma/matric or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus. Previous experience in a hospitality role, especially as a hostess or in guest services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
