Project Manager

Our client is looking for an energetic and vibrant Project Manager to manage a Private School in Gauteng. You will be required to take overall responsibility for the management of the operation. Minimum requirements: Tertiary qualification in Hospitality sector 5 years experience in a similar role as a Project Manager Excellent knowledge of budgets, cost control measures, stock and stock control Chef background with good culinary flair Ability and knowledge to assist with menu development and function design Foster and maintain healthy client relationships Strong administrative and organisationals skills Experience in managing small and large functions Good knowledge of OHSE requirements Experience with managing large number of staff in a team Confident in HR related matters, staff training and upskilling Strong leader with excellent work ethic Work well under pressure
