Job Description

Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to Directors Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 Responsibilities: Manage schedules and priorities for two directors. Handle correspondence and communication with staff and stakeholders. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting agendas. Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and meetings. Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience as a personal or administrative assistant, preferably in hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in fostering positive relationships within the team and clients. Familiarity with hospitality industry operations is a plus.
