Business Centre Coordinator

* Bellshill

* £28,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE

* 37.5 hours per week (Monday- Friday, 9am to 5pm)

* Permanent staff position

A customer-facing professional with a experience working in Business Centres / Serviced Offices is required to join a dynamic Serviced Office in Bellshill.

Working for a reputable provider of serviced offices in the position of Business Centre Coordinator, this role will focus on service provision, client retention and customer management. As a provider of modern office space, they are looking for a service-driven individual to run a business centre.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

* A background in a customer facing, service driven position

* Management/supervisory experience within property, facilities, hospitality, or retail industries would be a good fit

* An understanding of how to identify business growth opportunities and maximise profits.

* Commercial mindset

What You’ll Be Doing

* Coordinating a busy shared office centre, being the building representative

* Deliver on client service levels leading to exemplary retention rates

* Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

* Manage profit and lost for the centre.

* Coordinate any maintenance required.

This is a unique role, with excellent training on hand to assist in learning the processes. Experience in serviced offices is not essential, but a positive attitude and an amicable personality are vital.
