Job Description
RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a leading UK charity, we are dedicated to helping individuals with brain injuries regain the skills and independence they’ve lost. Through our specialised assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals, we provide expert neurorehabilitation that empowers people to meet their personal recovery goals, whether their injury is the result of trauma, illness, or other causes.
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to assist in the daily preparation of cooked nutritious meals for service users ensuring food is of a high quality, and to work alongside the Chef and Cook.
Your main duties would include:
Assist in planning and preparing a variety of balanced, nutritious menus, considering special dietary requirements and service user preferences.
Support in ensuring all food is stored, prepared, and cooked to the highest hygiene standards.
Manage the storage and proper use of cleaning materials in compliance with COSHH regulations.
Your benefits would include:
