Kitchen Manager - Role Overview:
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during shifts, maintaining high kitchen standards, and leading a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff. You’ll be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing team performance, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
Kitchen Manager - Responsibilities:
* Lead the kitchen team during shifts, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
* Monitor stock levels and manage orders to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
* Support and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
* Collaborate with senior management to implement new menu items and seasonal specials.

* Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role.
* Branded Hospitality / Catering background.
* Strong communication and team management skills.
* Passion for delivering excellent food and customer service.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
