Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials, bringing creativity and innovation to our offerings.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A passion for food and a commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
