Tonic is searching for a Sous Chef to join our client's food-led gastro pub in rural Cheltenham. The business is built on sourcing, preparing, and serving the best ingredients, and the menu changes daily with the seasons.

What are we looking for from the successfulSous Chef candidate?

• You will have previous experience working to a two/three rosette level
