Your new companyThis private sector food manufacturing company, based in Wigan, is currently recruiting an administrator to join their busy team. They hire hundreds of employees nationally, and over the last 60 years, they have grown exponentially. The business has built up its reputation by becoming the special ingredient of the UK's finest restaurants. This is due to sourcing exceptional ingredients and supporting chefs to create incredible dishes with their network of independent growers and producers.
Your new roleThis role is 100% based on-site in Wigan.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting with a backlog of paperwork. Processing orders as and when required.Proactively and efficiently assisting customers via email and telephone.Passing on queries to the relevant departments.Producing reports on sales.Updating and amending information on spreadsheets and CRM systems.Completing any ad-hoc project work.
What you'll need to succeedPrevious experience in Administration.Proficient with Microsoft Packages and the ability to navigate in-house databases.An open-mind with adaptability within the workplace.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Reliable, consistent and enthusiastic.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Confident and able to use your initiative.
What you'll get in return£23,500 per annum. Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00. 5% company pension contribution. Exceptional career progression opportunities. Free on-site parking.An early finish on the last Friday of each month.
