Quantity Surveyor

O'Neill and Brennan are assisting a Construction Main Contractor with their search to build their commercial surveying team out and recruit Assistant QS , Project QS , Senior QS for their new division within the business.

These are full-time on-site roles in London Area. The Commercial team will be responsible for cost control, BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting on construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy in project budgets.

They are looking for people with RC Frame or Main Contracting backgrounds.

Salary Ranges:

Assistant QS - £50,000 + Package

Project QS - £65,000 + Package

Senior QS - 80,000 + Package

All positions will be reporting into a Commercial Manager and Commercial Director.
